A tourist plane carrying three individuals has met a devastating fate in France. The aircraft reportedly vanished during the afternoon hours of Tuesday in the vicinity of Nantes and La Baule, within the Department of Loire-Atlantique, as reported by France Bleu and cited by Xinhua news agency.
Search and rescue teams have located remnants of the aircraft submerged approximately 3 to 4 meters deep in the sea. Regrettably, the adverse weather conditions led to the suspension of the rescue operation on Tuesday evening, according to local authorities.
In response to the tragedy, the Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety (BEA) in France has declared its intention to initiate a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
