HD Kumaraswamy Asserts Modi’s Unstoppable Momentum for Third Term as PM

Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister and JD(S) Karnataka President, H.D. Kumaraswamy, expressed a firm belief on Monday that Narendra Modi’s ascent to a third consecutive term as Prime Minister is inevitable.

“I have closely observed that no force can impede Modi from securing the Prime Ministerial position for a third time,” Kumaraswamy conveyed to the media.

He highlighted visible strains in the relationship between the Centre and states, noting Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s grievances despite presenting a record 14 budgets in the state assembly.

“Siddaramaiah claims the 15th Finance Commission has treated Karnataka unfairly, but the Commission operates within constitutional provisions,” Kumaraswamy emphasized.

Addressing seat-sharing concerns between BJP and JD(S), Kumaraswamy emphasized a united front against the current government, aiming for victory in all 28 Lok Sabha seats without territorial disputes.

“Our goal is to support the NDA’s triumph; we harbor no intention to contest others’ constituencies,” Kumaraswamy affirmed.
