New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to embark on a visit to Jammu and Kashmir on February 20, where he will address a significant public rally in Jammu and inaugurate several crucial developmental projects.
During his visit, PM Modi is expected to inaugurate the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Vijaypur, Samba, along with the highest Railway bridge in Reasi district, facilitating connectivity between Kashmir and the rest of the country. Additionally, he will inaugurate the Devika Rejuvenation project in Udhampur, IIM Jammu, and Shahpur Kandi.
The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone for numerous other development endeavors across the region. This visit is anticipated to bolster the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) standing in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
