Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP President B.Y. Vijayendra announced on Thursday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Mysuru city on April 14 to address a public meeting.
Speaking at a press conference in Mysuru, Vijayendra revealed that the event would take place at the Mysuru Maharaja’s Ground at 4 p.m. on April 14. He emphasized the participation of party workers from Mysuru-Kodagu, Mandya, and Chamarajanagar Lok Sabha constituencies in the rally, asserting that PM Modi’s visit would bolster the BJP’s presence in the region’s Lok Sabha seats.
Prominent leaders such as former Karnataka chief minister and NDA’s Mandya Lok Sabha candidate H.D. Kumaraswamy, former CM B.S. Yediyurappa, and other senior figures are expected to join the rally.
Vijayendra expressed confidence in a pro-NDA sentiment across all three Lok Sabha segments, predicting a significant surge in margins following PM Modi’s visit. He anticipated victories with substantial margins and anticipated the participation of thousands of party workers from both BJP and JD-S.
