Dry Fruits Ka Laddu prepared from different types of dry fruits with the goodness of healthier elements with jaggery, coconut & sesame. Helpful for maintaining immunity with boosting energy. Dry Fruits Ka Laddu sweet recipe with goodness of all dry fruits. Dry fruit is a fruit from which most of the original water content has been removed either naturally, through sun-drying or any other methods.

  1. Almonds – King of nuts. Almond is the perfect blend of iron, copper, phosphorus and vitamin B1. While the almond is often eaten on its own, raw or toasted, it is also a component of a variety of dishes. Almonds are available in many forms, such as whole, sliced (flaked) and as flour. Almonds produce almond oil and can also be made from almond butter or almond milk. These products can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. Almond cookies, Chinese almond biscuits and Italian ricciarelli are made from almonds. This is helps to generate new blood cells and raises the hemoglobin level. It maintains a smooth physiological function of Brain, Nerves, Bones, Heart and Liver. The best method of consumption of this resources full food for the mind and body is simply have a portion of almonds with a glass of warm milk in the morning.
  2. Cashew nuts : it is less fat nut. Cashew nut is eaten on its own, used in recipes, or processed into cashew cheese or cashew butter. Cashews are commonly used in Indian cuisine and Pakistani cuisine, whole for garnishing sweets or curries, or ground into a paste that forms a base of sauces for curries (e.g., korma), or some sweets (e.g., kaju barfi). It is also used in powdered form in the preparation of several Indian sweets and desserts. In Goan cuisine, both roasted and raw kernels are used whole for making curries and sweets. Cashews are also used in Thai and Chinese cuisines, generally in whole form. Cashews are power food which has protein , Fiber, Potassium , Magnesium, Selenium, Iron and vitamin c and B1. It is also substitute for cows milk. Cashew helps to maintain healthy gums and teeth. It is also Energy food and rich in antioxidants.
  3. Pistachios : The kernels are often eaten whole, either fresh or roasted and salted, and are also used in pistachio ice cream, kulfi, spumoni, pistachio butter, pistachio paste and confections such as baklava, pistachio chocolate, pistachio halva, pistachio lokum or biscotti and cold cuts such as mortadella. Americans make pistachio salad, which includes fresh pistachios or pistachio pudding, whipped cream, and canned fruit.
    Pista are rich in potassium , thiamine and Vitamin B6. These nuts are have low calories. Pista is cholesterol free, high in fiber and low saturated fats. It helps in reduce gardening of the arteries, normal blood pressure.
  4. Dates : Dates have been a staple food of the Middle East and the Indus Valley for thousands of years. They are very sweet, containing about 75 percent of sugar when dried. Dates are rich in vitamins, protein , minerals and natural sugar. Believed to provide relief from constipation , apart from treating anemia. Dates are very nutritious and right in fiber. It is excellent natural sweetener and easy to add to your diet. Use the fruit into wine, vinegar, bread, cakes & much more.
