The king of fruit is called mangoes, also National fruit of India. Today I am sharing one of the recipe from mango that is mango dosa. It is very simple and easy to make. Mango is sweet fruit but sometimes it is sour, so be careful while choosing the mangoes. In season you want this delicious dosa as breakfast, dinner.

The Mango Dosa is one of the unique and innovative recipe. Of course this is mango season so in my home i keep mangoes in stock. Me and my husband discussed, ‘What’s Tomorrow for Breakfast’, suddenly this mango dosa idea came to my mind. Some days back one of my uncle told about mango dosa while he cooked and had it for breakfast. So prepared this dosa for breakfast and outcome was super so I am sharing this wonderful dosa recipe with you guys.

Initially i washed dosa rice and soaked overnight, At least 3 hours soaking is compulsory. Morning, I took a mixer, added soaked dosa rice and blended with the peeled and cut mangoes. Add some salt for taste, water for batter to make it consistent. Now mango dosa batter is ready.  Spread the batter to a hot tawa and cooks both the side. Applying ghee or oil on the top of dosa is completely your choice. You can serve with chutney of hot sambar.
