Burfi is always good in taste and delicious. This sweet can be prepared any time. In this year we can celebrate the independence from this delicious Tiranga Milk Barfi. Burfi is loved by everyone. Kids love to eat this kind of burfi. Burfi is very nutritious and fatty and sweet.
When I made it the first time it would become messy and completely go wrong. After that I tried another time, then it became a little correct and a positive vibe started. So I am sharing some tips to do this Tiranga Milk Barfi here. You can add any colour for burfi but saffron, white and green colour is an emotion for every Indian. So I tried this recipe from these tree colours. The making of colourful burfi gives a good feel for the soul. But the colour is completely optional for burfi.
The Tiranga Milk Barfi is not need much ingredients. I tried this burfi with milk powder. Adding of butter and ghee is nicely blend with burfi, giving more tastes to the burfi. You can add elaichi or cardamom to the burfi. I have not added anything because I love simple and no flavour burfi. If we added the flavour you cannot enjoy the milk burfi. If you need flavour you can add to the burfi.
While adding the milk powder you immediately stir it otherwise it will become lumps. You cannot stir quickly, after boiling the milk turn off the flame and add milk powder and sugar and stir it without any lumps. This method also works. After preparing the dough, divide into three parts. Here I am presenting indian flag colour so I divided it into 3 parts.
After mixing a colour you leave the dough for some time to cool down or refrigerate for half an hour to cool down. After rolling the dough, it will spread quickly and easily. Otherwise, sometimes it will become sticky when the dough is hot. Firstly, roll the dough separately. Lastly keep in layer and together you need to spread it. This method is easy to make Tiranga Milk Barfi. If you follow another method to make a layer, it becomes messy and does not come out quickly.
