Methi Dal
Methi dal is one of the very simple recipe. This dal is super tasty and very much healthy to our body. We can prepare the dal for daily meal in every house. Few changes in the normal dal recipe i have done here. I usually prepare dal for steamed rice and jeera rice. The combination for dal and rice is mouthwatering.

Normally, dal is prepared with lentils like toor dal, green gram dal. I have used toor dal and methi leaves for making super healthy dal. Methi leaves are usually a little bit bitter in taste but when you are roasted and added to dal it gives a good taste to the dal. Because of the bitterness of fenugreek leaves, add the little tamarind extract to the dal for great taste.
