Cinnamon apple cake is super moist, fluffy and delicious in taste. Apple with cinnamon is the best combination for making the recipe. Now a day’s apple is most common fruit in the house. This recipe I tried for my son, he enjoyed and approved so i am sharing the recipe here.
Any variety of apple can be taken for preparing the cake. Here, i have grated the apple if you feel grating is difficult you can chop the apple into small pieces or mash the apple. Any procedure is fine for the cake. Before preparing the batter I cook the apple until water content evaporates. If the apple contains water the consistency of battery will become vary so always best to cook the apple beforehand.
While preparing the batter i used whole wheat flour instead of maida. For sweetness white Powdered sugar you are a healthier freak then switch to brown sugar or jaggery. Any sweetness is fine for the cake. Cinnamon powder is added according to your taste. Adding of cinnamon powder gives good aroma and flavour to the cake. You want more aroma and flavorful cake then add little more cinnamon powder. When you prepare the cake batter mix dry ingredients with milk. Milk give good taste fluffiness, soft texture to the cake.
For baking the cake here I used normal kadai instead of oven and cooker. This procedure is very simple. Preheat the kadai and place the cake mould and bake it. While baking flame should be in medium. Once baking is done, remove the cake mould cut into shapes.
Apple cinnamon cake does not contain any eggs and extra Ingredients. All the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen. You can bake this cake with oven, cooker or pot.
