ED Lodges Second Complaint Against Kejriwal for Non-Compliance

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has lodged a subsequent complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at a Delhi court, citing his failure to adhere to the agency’s summons in connection with a money laundering case linked to the now-defunct excise policy.

Filed before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Divya Malhotra of Rouse Avenue Court, the matter is scheduled for a hearing on March 7. This follows a previous complaint lodged by the ED, where Kejriwal was granted a day’s exemption from appearing physically, with the case adjourned until March 16.

The latest complaint focuses on Kejriwal’s alleged non-compliance with summons numbered 4 to 8, as per a source familiar with the matter.
