
Bengaluru: Fire Breaks Out in Udyan Express at Bengaluru Railway Station, No Casualties Reported. The South-Western Railway issued an official statement detailing the incident involving the Udyan Express at Bengaluru railway station. The train had completed its journey and arrived at the station’s platform number three around 5:45 a.m.
Subsequently, at approximately 7:10 a.m., smoke was observed emanating from the B1 and B2 coaches. The fire brigade was immediately notified, and their personnel arrived at the scene by 7:35 a.m. They promptly extinguished the fire. The cause of the fire is presently under investigation, as stated by the South-Western Railway. Importantly, there have been no reports of injuries or casualties.
