Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has raised alarm over what he believes to be a significant conspiracy behind the recent IED blast at the Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru. Bommai emphasized that dismissing the incident lightly would only embolden terrorists.
In a stern warning, Bommai urged authorities to refer the matter to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for a thorough investigation. “The characterization of this incident as a mild explosion is concerning. Should we wait for casualties before acknowledging the severity?” questioned Bommai, highlighting the presence of a substantial sleeper cell behind the blast.
