Pudina Rice Bath is a one pot meal. It is made with fresh mint leaves and rice and some spices. We can prepare this rice bath instantly. This recipe is absolutely awesome in taste and filled with flavour. Usually we use mint leaves for many recipes. Pudina Rice Bath is one of the easy and simple recipes.
For this rice bath the main ingredients are mint leaves and rice. Here I am not using any veggies and peas. If you wish you can add all the vegetables. Along with onion and tomato I added spices for flavors. For mint leave paste added mint leaves, coconut, and green chilly for spicy, ginger and garlic for more flavour. For this recipe green chilli is the best for spiciness instead of red chilli powder. While adding everything of spices again added fresh mint leaves for good taste. Finally we will get a green colour rice filled with flavors.
It is a completely healthy and vegan recipe. Usually everyone mixes the coriander leaves along with mint leaves. Here I added only mint leaves so you get only mint flavour. This is a very simple and easy way to prepare a rice bath. You can also try a recipe from leftover rice.
Here, I make simple raita using onion, tomato, green chilly, and fresh curd. The pudina or mint rice bath serves as it is or plain curd or along with raita. Any combination is good with mint rice bath. My opinion is to serve with raita so everyone loves more and having more rice baths. It can easily be packed in a lunch box. We can have this recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
