Malabar Spinach Cigars | Keto Recipe

The spinach cigars are easy, simple and perfect snack for coffee or tea. The spinach cigars are instant snack for evening. The kids absolutely love this. The spinach cigars are good in taste, homemade and healthy too.

 

The spinach cigars look attractive in colour and filled with potato masala. I mixed mashed potatoes with some seasoning and tempered with cumin. The coriander powder, aamchur powder, turmeric powder gives nice aroma to this dish. Chilli flake added for spicy flavour and oregano gives strong aroma to this snack. Potatoes are always good.

Malabar spinach is thick leaves so it will not break easily while doing stir fry. When we have fresh spinach leaves we can easily keep potato masala over it and wrap it. It doesn’t need much time to cook.

Coriander powder helps to lead better digestive system of our body. Aamchur powder gives little tanginess to the recipe and reducing acidity and improves digestion also. Turmeric powder acts as anti-oxidant to our body. Potatoes are rich in carb. Malabar spinach has high amount of anti-oxidant and protein.

Spinach cigars are can make as starters also. This is best snack for kids.
