Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy asserted on Thursday that within just 70 days of the formation of the Congress-led government in the state, a remarkable 25,000 job positions were filled through recruitment drives.
Reddy made this announcement while distributing appointment orders to selected teachers in Gurukulams during a ceremony held at L.B. Stadium.
This event marked the second consecutive day of appointment letter distribution, following a similar program held the day before, where the Chief Minister and ministers presented appointment letters to over 13,000 newly recruited police constables.
Furthermore, Reddy had previously distributed appointment letters to nursing officers and Singareni employees as part of the ongoing recruitment efforts.
Highlighting the alleged negligence in recruitment by the previous BRS government, Reddy claimed that since its departure, employment opportunities have flourished in Telangana.
He reiterated the Congress government’s commitment to fulfilling its promise to the state’s 30 lakh unemployed youth by actively pursuing recruitment drives and creating job opportunities.
